Locke Released; Signs w/OSW
Posted by Ron Starr on 20 Jun 2003
The highly troubled Rhett Locke was released Thursday night, then shortly thereafter signed with nationally known Old School Wrestling, where he was once shunned.
PWC workers were none to happy about the deal.
"Funny the way he was ran out of there on a rail, then later welcomed back after he was remade in PWC," said PWC superstar, El Spiffy! in a candid interview. "What a joke."
PWC World Heavyweight Champion and former OSW talent Jim Axtell had similar feelings.
"Only dogs will take that kind of beating, but still return to their abusive masters," said Axtell. "But as the old saying goes, where dogs go, fleas are sure to follow."
PWC CEO Ron Starr and his lawyer Clark Carlisle chose not to comment on the signing, but rumors backstage were that the company was glad to not only be rid of Rhett Locke's salary, but all the baggage he brings with him as well.
We will bring you more on this story when hell freezes over.
